OverView

Dr. Anirudh Vij is the head of the department of Laparoscopic & Bariatric Surgery at Dr. Sunder Lal Memorial Hospital. He is a graduate of Maulana Azad Medical College from where he completed his MBBS and MS. He has been trained in advanced laparoscopic surgery at GEM Hospital by esteemed Dr C Palanivelu. He has further completed his fellowship in Laparoscopic Bariatric surgery under the tutelage of the pioneer bariatric surgeon, Prof C K Huang from Taiwan. He is also well versed in both diagnostic and therapeutic GI endoscopy. He has many national and international publications to his credit and has authored the chapter in the book on bariatric surgery.
